VMP9001-VCSEL Wafer Narrow Pulse Testing Platform

To meet the needs of the VCSEL industry chain for narrow-pulse LIV and near-field/far-field testing, Ketai Optoelectronics has launched the leading VMP9000 series testing system. This is a modular multi-station testing system designed for the mass production needs of narrow-pulse wafers in Ketai's VCSEL testing product line. This series of equipment is equipped with a self-developed driver, providing up to 100ns and 30A of driving current at the wafer level, enabling LIV, near-field, and far-field testing capabilities.

Recently, Ketai Optoelectronics launched its second-generation narrow-pulse testing product, the VMP9001, which integrates new features such as faster UPH, integrated reverse leakage current testing, greater pulse power, and probe mark detection. The SPMT7000 series of fully automatic mass production testing machines is equipped with the efficiency components and data management required for mass production automation, helping users achieve "worry-free production transitions." VPP8000 - High-Speed Optical Communication Chip Wafer Testing System Platform

To adapt to the trend of domestic independent research and development of optoelectronic chips in the high-speed optical communication industry, Ketai Optoelectronics has launched the 8000 series, a complete wafer-level solution for lasers and detectors in high-speed optical communication. The series includes both R&D products, covering the flexibility, customization, and performance testing required in the laboratory, and mass production products, covering the efficiency and reliability required in the mass production process.

PPM1000-IS High-Speed Optical Power Measurement System

The PPM1000-IS is a multi-functional high-speed optical power meter with several advantages when measuring VCSELs and other NIR lasers: it includes a calibrated precision photodiode supporting peak power measurement; it can characterize pulse shape on an oscilloscope; it has an SMA fiber adapter for easy connection to a spectrometer; and it includes complete test software for connecting to a host PC for batch testing.
