On July 12, 2024, the "2024 China Testing Technology and Semiconductor Application Conference and Semiconductor Analysis and Testing Instruments and Equipment Development Forum" grandly opened in Shanghai. More than 500 people from the semiconductor field, including experts, professors from research institutions, and business representatives, attended the conference.
This conference provided a platform for collaboration across the innovation chain, industrial chain, and supply chain, creating opportunities for the transfer and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements from universities, and offering a stage for semiconductor testing and measurement equipment and instrument companies to showcase their technologies and products. Kaitai Optoelectronics was invited to participate in the exhibition.

In the context of a rapidly changing industry with escalating demands and intense competition, and facing the challenges of immature testing standards and incomplete testing methods, how can companies quickly obtain accurate metrics, deliver samples with high confidence, secure orders with a high probability of success, and then achieve high-yield production, thereby enabling rapid growth and expansion? This is a common aspiration for many industry professionals.
Addressing these new requirements for optoelectronic device testing driven by new applications, Zhang Qian, General Manager of Kotei Optoelectronics, delivered a presentation, outlining the testing assurance process from R&D to mass production.

Since its establishment, Kotech Optoelectronics has focused on the research and development and production of test and measurement methods, test function modules, integrated test systems, and automated test equipment for lasers and photodetectors, and has developed a series of products.
From wafers (including whole wafers, wafer fragments, and bare chips) to modules (including packaged chips, COB, COC, etc.), Kotech Optoelectronics' test products cover all stages from R&D to mass production testing.
In the R&D stage, Kotech Optoelectronics helps users verify the performance of different products and match upstream chips with downstream terminals; in the mass production stage, Kotech Optoelectronics is committed to improving the stability and UPH (Units Per Hour) of the equipment, connecting databases, and streamlining the entire testing process.

The conference concluded successfully, and Ketaiguangxin will continue to uphold its original mission, driven by technological innovation, and forge ahead on the path of independently developing optoelectronic semiconductor device testing equipment!
