SPAD/SiPM Module Tester DPMT7000

DPMT7000 is composed of blue film loading module, photoelectric performance test module, blue film unloading module, drive and control software, etc., which can be used as a comprehensive performance evaluation mechanism for SiPM package testing. The system covers optoelectronic performance testing, combined with different blue film feeding forms, to achieve batch testing of SiPM.
